Jared Kennedy (ThM, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary), serves as managing editor for books and curriculum for The Gospel Coalition (TGC). Before TGC, he served for many years as a children’s minister and family pastor in local churches. Jared is also the co-founder and principal of Gospel-Centered Family, a ministry that helps churches and families share Jesus with the next generation. He is the author of books and curricula like The Beginner's Gospel Story Bible, The Beginner’s Gospel Story Bible Curriculum for Toddlers and Preschoolers, Keeping Your Children’s Ministry on Mission, Jesus Rose for Me, Jesus Came for Me, God Made Me for Worship, and The Story of Martin Luther. He has also helped to develop two VBS programs, Proof Pirates and Clap Your Hands, Stomp Your Feet.
